Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is known as the birthplace of the United States. It is also the birthplace of many wonderful foods!

We started making a list of foods which originated in the Philadelphia area, and then realized that we would not have time to investigate all of them. We selected some of our personal favorites for this project.
